Personal data will be processed by MEDISEPT sp. z o.o. based in Lublin, Ludwika Spiessa 4, 20-270 Lublin, Poland, into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Lublin, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000020407, VAT No. PL9460010016, telephone number: 81 535 22 75 [hereinafter: the Company or Administrator] based on the consent granted for the purpose of sending commercial information by e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in accordance with the Electronic Services Declaration Act of July 18, 2002, consolidated text Journal of Laws 2020 item 344) or by phone. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 lit. a) GDPR.
Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services, in particular entities providing IT, courier, transport, postal and legal services in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements, as well as Partners and Distributors and entities authorized to based on legal provisions.
Personal data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling within the meaning of the GDPR. The Administrator performs profiling in order to properly select communication materials that promote the Company’s products and activities. For profiling, the Company uses the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, type of product purchased, source of data acquisition. In addition, when profiling, the Administrator takes into account statistical data on behavior on websites and mobile applications as well as preferences expressed in the websites and applications of MEDISEPT sp. z o.o.
Personal data processed in the above-mentioned purposes will be processed until the consent to their processing is withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by the Administrator before its withdrawal.
Each person has the right to access their personal data and rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data or object to their processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal.
