According to the dosage table, measure the appropriate amount of water at a temperature of 25–30°C, then add the correct amount of powder using the included measuring scoop, stir the solution, cover the container, and let it activate for 15 minutes. After this time, stir the solution again. Using warm water (35°C) will speed up the dissolution of the powder. Small residues at the bottom of the container ensure the solution’s stability over time. Protect from moisture. Close the container tightly after use. Do not immerse wet instruments in the powder. Do not use on disposable instruments. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for instruments and equipment. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged. Store at a temperature below 25°C. Use test strips to check the solution’s activity over time.
Cleaning and disinfection of instruments and endoscopes:
thoroughly immerse the instruments, ensuring that all parts and channels of the medical equipment are completely filled with the solution. After the specified action time (10 min. or 30 min., depending on the selected concentration), remove the instruments from the solution and rinse with drinking-quality water (preferably sterile distilled water or demineralized water). Change the solution daily. The product is not intended for copper or brass instruments, nor for mechanically damaged chrome-plated or nickel-plated instruments.
Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces (depending on the selected concentration):
spray medical equipment surfaces with a 1% solution or wipe with a cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes. The product leaves a white residue on the disinfected surface, so it is recommended to wipe off the residue with a disposable towel after disinfection
Cleaning and disinfection of incubators:
detailed instructions for disinfecting incubators are available.

Viruton® Pulver is a modern-generation preparation for cleaning and high-level disinfection of invasive and non-invasive medical devices. It is recommended for surgical and dental instruments, as well as all types of endoscopes, surgical probes, ventilator tubes, and other anesthesiology equipment. It can also be used to disinfect the surfaces of medical equipment, such as incubators. It is recommended for manual disinfection, in ultrasonic cleaners, automatic washers, and endoscope washers. The product does not require the addition of an activator. The undiluted solution remains active for up to 30 hours. The innovative formula contains four enzymes (protease, lipase, amylase, and mannose) responsible for removing organic contaminants such as blood, protein, fats, and secretions. The surfactant content prevents powder dusting and ensures excellent cleaning properties.
