Concentrate for cleaning and disinfecting surgical instruments

Prepare a working solution of the concentrate by diluting it with water in the appropriate ratio. The choice of concentration depends on the desired spectrum and duration of action. To obtain a 0.5% concentration, dissolve 5 ml of concentrate in 995 ml of water. Immerse instruments in the solution immediately after use. All parts and openings must be completely filled with the solution. After disinfection, rinse and dry the instrument. The activity of the uncontaminated working solution lasts for 14 days. For hygienic reasons, daily replacement of the solution is recommended. Do not mix with other cleaning or disinfecting agents. For professional use only. Read the product label before use.

Viruton® Extra is a highly effective concentrate designed for the simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of surgical and rotary instruments.
It is intended for manual disinfection of instruments and disinfection in ultrasonic washers. It is recommended for instruments made of stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, rubber, porcelain, glass, and plastics. Product for professional use.
Composition
Active ingredient per 100 g of product:
11.5 g N-(3-aminopropyl)-N-dodecylpropan-1,3-diamine (CAS: 2372-82-9),
3.12 g reaction mass of N,N-didecyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N-methylammonium and N,N-didecyl-N-(2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl)-N-methylammonium propionate, as well as N,N-didecyl-N-(2-(2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl)-N-methylammonium propionate,
1.25 g Didecyl dimethylammonium chloride (CAS: 7173-51-5)
