Hygienic hand disinfection (according to EN 1500): Rub 2 x 1.5 ml of the product into your hands for 30 seconds (2 x 15 sec).
Surgical hand disinfection (according to EN 12791): Rub 2 x 1.5 ml of the product into your hands for 3 minutes (2 x 90 sec).
Keep your hands moist at all times by replenishing the product.

Surface disinfection: Spray from a distance of approx. 30 cm and allow to dry.
Do not use on delicate surfaces sensitive to alcohol (e.g., acrylic glass).

Velodes® Silk is an alcohol-based, ready-to-use product intended for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection in medical settings, the food industry, industrial and household environments, and public facilities, as well as for the disinfection of food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces—as a biocidal product.

It is also intended for the disinfection of surfaces of non-invasive medical devices—as a medical device.

It exhibits bactericidal, tuberculocidal, yeasticidal, and limited virucidal activity (against Rotavirus, Norovirus) as well as activity against enveloped viruses (including Vaccinia, BVDV, HIV, HBV, HCV).

Biocidal products should be used with caution. Read the label and product information before each use.
