Disinfection is the process of eliminating microorganisms—bacteria, viruses, fungi, and tuberculosis bacilli—from surfaces, instruments, or skin to reduce the risk of infection. It is used wherever a high level of hygiene and safety is required.

We have prepared a wide selection of products with proven efficacy, intended for use in both medical facilities and non-medical settings—beauty salons, gyms, hair salons, and any other place where there is a risk of infection.

Medisept Disinfectants

Here you will find disinfectants for tools, equipment surfaces, and furnishings: we offer products for every type of material, from steel, nickel, and aluminum to porcelain, rubber, and other plastics. The MEDISEPT range is complemented by hand care products: cleansers that also neutralize harmful microorganisms. Please read the product descriptions carefully: many products are available in concentrate form. Each concentrate must be diluted according to the instructions before use.

Disinfection products – categories and applications

Medisept disinfection products have been divided into categories based on practical application, making it easy to quickly select the right product for a specific task. Individual groups differ in method of use, form of application, and area of use, allowing you to precisely match the product to your working conditions.

Disinfectant liquid – characteristics

Disinfectant liquids are designed for rapid surface and hand disinfection in places where immediate action and easy application are essential. They are ideal for treatment rooms, beauty salons, gyms, and service facilities where disinfection is performed multiple times a day.

This solution is chosen where there is no need to prepare a working solution, and the product is intended to be ready for use immediately after opening the package.

Surface Disinfection – Effective Sprays and Concentrates

Surface disinfectants are used for the regular sanitization of equipment and common areas, such as work surfaces, door handles, treatment chairs, barber equipment, and cosmetic devices.

Depending on the workflow, the following are used:

  • ready-to-use sprays and liquids – for quick spot disinfection,
  • concentrates – for preparing larger quantities of working solution,
  • formulations for large surfaces, floors, and large-scale equipment.

This category is used wherever disinfection is part of daily hygiene procedures.

Instrument Disinfection – Preparations for Professional Use

Instrument disinfectants are designed for immersion disinfection of reusable instruments—both invasive and non-invasive. They are used in medical, dental, cosmetic, and hair salons, where reducing the risk of cross-contamination is essential.

Products in this category allow for the disinfection of instruments:

  • manually,
  • in ultrasonic washers,
  • in processes requiring the simultaneous removal of organic contaminants.

The range is complemented by powdered preparations designed for specialized medical devices, such as endoscopes or components of medical equipment.

Hand Disinfection – Hygiene in Everyday Situations

Hand sanitizers are used in situations requiring immediate reduction of microbial transmission without the need for water. They are used in medical facilities, service points, businesses, and public spaces.

Depending on your needs, the following are available:

  • pump-dispensed liquids,
  • gels,
  • spray products,
  • disposable wipes.

These products are intended solely for hand hygiene and are not intended for the disinfection of wounds or mucous membranes.

Foot and shoe disinfection – specialized solutions

Foot and shoe disinfectants are designed to inhibit microbial growth and neutralize unpleasant odors. They are used in settings where users have direct contact with the floor or wear reusable footwear.

They are used, among other places, in:

  • locker rooms,
  • swimming pools,
  • gyms and fitness clubs,
  • podiatrist offices.

Disinfectants in medical facilities

Medical facilities use disinfectants tailored to specific procedures and types of microbiological risks. These products are used to disinfect hands, instruments, surfaces, and footwear in accordance with applicable standards and sanitation procedures.

The selection of the appropriate product depends on the type of material, frequency of use, and nature of the activities performed.
