The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

Personal data is provided directly by the data subject.

Personal data may be disclosed to the Company’s employees and/or associates who are obligated to comply with applicable laws, as well as to entities cooperating with the Company on a contractual basis, provided that such entities process the data as subcontractors, exclusively on the basis of a data processing and/or data sharing agreement concluded with the Company and strictly in accordance with its instructions. Such entities include, in particular: providers of IT, courier, transportation, postal, and legal services. Furthermore, data may be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable laws.
