All MEDISEPT products are manufactured in compliance with medical standards. Our flagship solutions include surface, instrument, and hand disinfectants. While designed primarily for the medical and dental sectors, they are equally effective in beauty salons, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, and any environment where there is a risk of infection. We offer both ready-to-use products and concentrates for preparing working solutions, giving users flexibility in selecting the appropriate spectrum and contact time. A convenient alternative is our pre-saturated disinfectant wipes, which have already gained a strong position in Western markets. Our portfolio also covers a wide range of cleaning agents, including floor care products, detergents for washable surfaces, sanitary facilities, and kitchens. To complement this range, we provide dispensers and cleaning equipment fully compatible with MEDISEPT products.

PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL EVENTS

We regularly take part in leading industry trade fairs and exhibitions, including MEDICA in Düsseldorf and IDS in Cologne, as well as smaller sector-specific events. For example, at the Conference of the Society for Hospital Epidemiology and Hygiene (SNEH) in Brno, Waldemar Ferschke, MD – epidemiologist and Vice President of MEDISEPT – delivered a lecture on the epidemiological situation in Polish hospitals.

Personal data will be processed by the Company on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller for the purposes of direct marketing of the Controller’s goods and services, which include: conducting dialogue, presenting and selling its products and services, as well as establishing contact with customers, and providing them with information about MEDISEPT, its new products and services, by email or by telephone. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

Personal data are provided directly by the data subject.

Personal data may be disclosed to employees and/or associates of the Company who are obliged to comply with applicable law, as well as to entities cooperating with the Company on the basis of commissioned services. Such entities process data as subcontractors, solely under a data processing agreement and/or data sharing agreement concluded with the Company, and only in accordance with its instructions. These entities include, in particular: IT service providers, courier, transport, postal and legal service providers. In addition, data may be disclosed to entities authorised under applicable law.

Personal data will be processed under the Controller’s legitimate interest for the period necessary to conduct correspondence and achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently – for the time necessary to secure any possible claims, or for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

The processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling. Each data subject has the right to: (i) access their data and rectify it, (ii) request its erasure, (iii) request restriction of processing, (iv) request data portability.
