INFORMATION CLAUSE The controller of personal data is MEDISEPT sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin at ul. Spiessa 4, 20-270 Lublin, NIP 946-00-10-016, phone number 81 535 22 30 (hereinafter: “Controller” or “Company”).
Personal data will be processed by the Company on the basis of the “legitimate interest of the controller” for the purposes of direct marketing of the Controller’s goods and services, which include: maintaining dialogue, including the presentation and sale of its products and services, as well as establishing contact with customers and providing them with information, both about MEDISEPT and about new products and services, via email or telephone. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

Personal data is provided directly by the data subject.

Personal data may be disclosed to the Company’s employees and/or associates who are obligated to comply with applicable laws, as well as to entities cooperating with the Company on a contractual basis, provided that such entities process the data as subcontractors, exclusively on the basis of a data processing and/or data sharing agreement concluded with the Company and strictly in accordance with its instructions. Such entities include, in particular: providers of IT, courier, transportation, postal, and legal services. Furthermore, data may be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable laws.

Personal data will be processed in the legitimate interest of the controller—for the period necessary to conduct correspondence and achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently—for the time necessary to safeguard any potential claims or for the period required by law (e.g., tax laws).

The processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling. Every data subject has the right to: (i) access and rectify their data, (ii) erasure of data, (iii) restriction of data processing, (iv) data portability.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
